Shipping Policy
- All orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends.
- All orders to be shipped out from China.
- International orders are typically shipped via EMS (Express Mail Sending System, which the same as USPS in America) and are usually delivered between 5-10 business days. Please provide a complete physical address to expedite the process. It’s free of charge. In addition, if you need a rush delivery, you must pay more $30. Those orders are sent via TNT, UPS or FedEx. Usually it will take 3 to 4 days.
- Free shipping countries: America, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Switzerland, Belgium, Ireland, Denmark, Japan, Portugal, Norway, Greece, Singapore, Vietnam. Shipping to the below countries are costs: Netherlands, Iraq, Russia, Poland, Iran are for 30 dollars, Guadeloupe is 50 dollars and Brazil is 10 dollars. Our shipping charges are based on standard EMS.
- Signature must be required upon delivery arrived. The package will be return to the local post office if no one signs for it. Please contact with them.
Return Policy
- If it is our fault that you receive the merchandise which is in wrong size, wrong color or wrong style，you may return merchandise. We will reship you another one without charge.
- If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. The merchandise must be returned unwashed & unworn in new condition with all tags on within 1 week.
- We do not accept return for your personal preference.
